    Founder of Psyche Assist, Connie specializes in Transpersonal Integration, Trauma Informed Breathwork, and Cold Water Immersion Therapy. She Believes in order to live in alignment with our true self, one must turn their focus to the inner programming of the body. By healing the nervous system, releasing stuck/ traumatic energies in the body, and deconstructing old programming handed down to us by our caretakers and sometimes generations before, we allow space within ourselves to rewrite the narrative of our life, step into our truth, and live our highest reality.

    Courtney Kime
    Mother of a fierce daughter, Courtney ( spirit name LaElla), is our Double Certified Herbalist, who also works in the field of Transpersonal Integration.  She considers herself a life long yogi, meditation, and everything involving the energies of spirit and earth enthusiast. Her specialty is guiding others thru their shadow work and believes strongly that when we go into our darkest places, we find our truth.

    Team/Medical Staff:

    During our Ceremony we will be visiting Sound Healing Tulum. They will have their shaman(s) and guides there to guide and assist during the journey. I (Connie) will not be partaking in any more than a low micro dose of San Pedro in order to safely hold space for retreat guest as they journey. All of us are medically trained to assist someone if a moment arises where a retreat guest is working through a challenging journey. We also have other measures in place if someone needs further medical assistance.

    Overview of Experience:

    Join myself and my team in the beautiful and sacred jungle of Tulum. This retreat is a women's only retreat designed to help one learn how to get in touch with their divine self, heal through somatic practices and get the chance to explore their inner world thru Sound and Sacred Medicine

    We have to main experience days that consist of the following:

    > Ancestorial Sound and Sacred Medicine Ceremony
    Located deep in the Mayan Jungle, this beautiful Journey will begin with a Cacao ceremony around the fire pit. Here we will call in our guides, open our hearts, and set our intentions for our journey. At this time you will have the option to take a mild dose (above micro but not a full macro) of psilocybin or San Pedro. We will then walk down to a private Cenote where you will get to experience 2+ hr ancestorial sound journey with a local shaman. After you will be able to cleanse your soul in the sacred waters of the cenote.

    > Ancient Ruins Exploration
    We will spend a whole day exploring one of beautfuil ruins sites of the Mayans. More on this TBA.

    Intake Process:

    Once ticket is purchased Connie will be in touch to go over medical intake and make sure this retreat is the right fit for you. If it is deemed that this retreat is not a right fit for you, you will be fully refunded. If the retreat does indeed seem to be a right fit for you, we will complete our onboarding process where we will have you fill out a medical history form and sign our release of liability and medical forms. We will then give you our list of what you will need to bring to ensure you have a great experience.

    How does this Center source medicine?:

    I source the San Pedro from a beautiful farm located in Ashland Oregon. They have been in full service of the plant for the last 16 years and grow and process their medicine with the most highest regard to the spirit of the plant. ( There is a possibility we wont be able to bring this medicine but we are planning on it)

    The psilocybin is locally source in Mexico and is grown and processed in a shamanic way by a local shaman.

    The Cacao is of the highest purity and ethically made. ( I will add more details as becomes available)
