    Hello, I'm Francesca. I offer integration therapy for expanded states and non-ordinary states of consciousness. I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals and couples to explore their feelings, thoughts, and insights before and after a psychedelic experience. I offer a non-judgmental space for exploration and healing.

    I provide integrative therapy and counselling for anxiety, relationship challenges, sexual issues, and developmental trauma. I specialise in helping individuals and couples process and heal from difficulties affecting their relationships and sex lives.

    Challenges I can help you with include:

    • Psychedelic integration therapy
    • Managing stress and overcoming anxiety
    • Exploring and resolving relationship issues and difficulties
    • Resolving sexual issues, including sexual shame and sexual difficulties
    • Exploring attachment issues, including anxious, avoidant, and disorganised patterns of relating to others — these are sometimes called ‘commitment issues’ or ‘abandonment issues’
    • Improving emotional regulation and resolving issues, including anger and jealousy
    • Processing developmental and childhood trauma, including healing from childhood abuse and neglect

    I also help with frequently related issues, including:

    • Treating forms of depression, including major depression
    • Overcoming low self-confidence and low self-esteem
    • Resolving sleep problems, including insomnia, nightmares, and sleep anxiety

  • My Process

    Overview of Experience:

    I am a qualified integrative therapist, psychotherapeutic counsellor, and hypnotherapist, with a Diploma in Hypno-Psychotherapeutic Counselling from The National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy. I have completed Foundations of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy with Beckley Academy.

    I am a UKCP trainee psychotherapist and a registered hypnotherapist and acknowledged supervisor with the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR).
