About Me:My journey into healing began in the South Pacific, where I learned complementary and alternative medicine from my grandmother, a healer who combined generational Ayurvedic knowledge with insights from Eastern and Western traditions. I carry her lessons forward in how I work today: the body, mind, and spirit often require a blend of approaches.
A childhood shaped by travel broadened my perspective. Growing up with academic parents, I experienced cultures across the globe and learned that while the methods of healing vary, the underlying goal is universal: to ease suffering and foster connection within individuals, families, and communities.
After moving to the United States, I earned my doctorate from Louisiana State University, majoring in clinical psychology with minors in neuropsychology and psychopharmacology. I have worked across psychiatric hospitals, community mental health centers, developmental centers, and private practice, and have consulted for hospitals, government agencies, and private organizations around the world. I have over 70 publications and have presented and trained professionals globally.
In 2025, I published the THRIVE Model of Psychedelic Integration in Current Treatment Options in Psychiatry (Springer), a peer-reviewed, six-dimensional framework that assesses functioning across nature connection, physical health, relationships, internal self, values, and existential meaning. Originally developed for psychedelic integration, THRIVE now guides all of my clinical work, including complex trauma treatment, executive coaching, and performance optimization.
Today, I lead AHWI Psychology Group in Charlottesville, Virginia, offering psychedelic integration therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, ketamine integration therapy, microdose coaching, complex trauma treatment, executive coaching, and the NeuroEdge Adaptive Trader Program. I am PSYPACT-authorized for telehealth in 40+ states.
Description of Services:I combine over 25 years of experience across clinical psychology, psychopharmacology, mindfulness, neuropsychology, and executive coaching to provide a truly individualized approach grounded in the THRIVE Framework.
Published in Current Treatment Options in Psychiatry (Springer, 2025), THRIVE is a peer-reviewed, six-dimensional model that addresses the full landscape of human experience: nature connection, physical health, relationships, internal self, values, and existential meaning. I begin integration before the psychedelic experience to set the stage at the neuronal level for growth and transformative change. Using the THRIVE Integration Protocol (TRIP) assessment, I evaluate each client across all six dimensions and produce a personalized integration plan with clear priorities and a structured 60 30 10 resource allocation model.
AHWI Psychology Group offers: Psychedelic Integration Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Ketamine Integration Therapy (Essentials $900, Standard $1,600, Comprehensive $2,100), Microdose Coaching, Complex Trauma and PTSD Treatment, Executive Coaching, and the NeuroEdge Adaptive Trader Program (12 week neuroscience-based program for active traders and portfolio managers).

Overview of Experience:Preparation includes an initial consultation, completing the THRIVE Integration Protocol (TRIP) assessment, an intake appointment, goal setting, Q&A, psychoeducation across all six THRIVE dimensions, and preparatory breathing and altered states of mind work. Integration follows a structured 60-30-10 resource allocation model, focusing 60% on your primary growth areas, 30% on secondary dimensions, and 10% on maintaining existing strengths. All sessions are available in person at our Charlottesville office or via secure telehealth nationwide through PSYPACT authorization.
Intake Process:The journey begins with a consultation, either in person or via secure telehealth. During our initial conversation, we discuss what led you to seek psychedelic integration, your past experience with psychedelics (if any), what is currently impacting your life, and what you hope to achieve from this work.
If there is a good fit, you complete the THRIVE Integration Protocol (TRIP) assessment, a structured evaluation across six dimensions of functioning: nature connection, physical health, relationships, internal self, values, and existential meaning. This produces your personalized THRIVE profile, which becomes the foundation for all preparation and integration work.
From there, we schedule your first preparation session, during which we explore your background in greater depth, set intentions, clarify goals, and begin developing the specific practices and skills that will be taken into and strengthened by the psychedelic experience.
