About Me:I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and the founder of Grayson McGraw Men’s Coaching (graysonmcgraw.com). I work one-on-one with founders, executives, physicians, attorneys, and other high-achieving men who want more from their lives than performance alone. My coaching focuses on relationships, stress and performance, life transitions, purpose, and psychedelic preparation and integration.
I hold an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), a program grounded in depth and transpersonal psychology. I’ve completed programs at The Meadows in trauma and addiction, run a private therapy practice, and co-founded Eleusis Rising, a men’s initiatory program built around depth psychology and legal, professionally guided experiences.
Before counseling, I played Division I soccer, studied business, and worked as an entrepreneur. That background shapes how I work: direct, structured, and focused on what actually changes in your life afterward.
My approach to psychedelic work is simple. A powerful experience does not interpret or integrate itself. I help men prepare with clear intentions and realistic expectations, then make sense of what came up without forcing conclusions. The goal isn’t a better story about the experience. It’s a life that reflects what you learned.
Description of Services:I offer one-on-one psychedelic preparation and integration coaching, entirely online, for high-achieving men: founders, executives, physicians, attorneys, and others carrying real responsibility. These are men who can’t afford to come back from a powerful experience more confused than when they left, and who need someone they can trust to be discreet.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I bring a clinical eye to preparation and safety, and a coach’s focus on what actually changes afterward.
Preparation & Integration ($2,400): Six 60-minute sessions, three before your experience and three after.
Integration Only ($1,200): Three 60-minute sessions for an experience you’ve already had, whether it was last week or years ago.
Additional sessions: $400 each.I work with men preparing for or integrating psilocybin, ayahuasca, ketamine, MDMA, and other non-ordinary state experiences, including breathwork and intensive retreats. I support experiences in legal, regulated, or licensed settings, such as Colorado’s licensed healing centers, retreats abroad, and clinical trials. I do not provide, source, or facilitate substances, and I do not give medical or dosing advice.
These experiences often bring bigger questions to the surface: about your marriage, your work, the pace you’ve been keeping, and what all of it is for. Through Grayson McGraw Men’s Coaching (graysonmcgraw.com), I also work with men on relationships, stress and performance, life transitions, and purpose, so the work can continue once integration is done.

Overview of Experience:Preparation (three sessions). We start with why you’re doing this and what you hope to understand or change. We review your history, your setting, and any medical or psychiatric factors worth discussing with a physician. We work on intentions that are honest instead of inspirational, practice ways to stay present when things get difficult, and talk through what to do if the experience goes somewhere unexpected. You should walk in knowing what you’re looking for and how you’ll handle it if you don’t find it.
The experience. You undertake the experience in a legal, regulated, or licensed setting with the facilitators you’ve chosen. I’m not present and do not facilitate.
Integration (three sessions). Ideally within a few days of returning, we begin making sense of what happened. Some material is clear right away. Some takes weeks to understand. We look at what came up without forcing conclusions, separate real insight from the intensity of the moment, and translate what matters into concrete choices, conversations, and practices. Later sessions focus on what is actually changing in your relationships, work, and daily life, and what is fading.
If the experience was difficult, we slow down. Hard experiences often hold the most useful material, but they need patience. If anything suggests you need clinical or medical support, I’ll tell you directly and help you find it.
If you’re integrating a past experience, we begin directly with integration.
Intake Process:Strategy call. A complimentary call to talk about what you’re looking for, your plans, and whether we’re a good fit. If we’re not, I’ll point you toward better resources.
Agreement and consent. You review and sign my Coaching Agreement and Psychedelic Preparation and Integration Addendum. They cover confidentiality, the limits of coaching, and the fact that I do not provide or facilitate substances.
Questionnaire. Before our first session, you complete a questionnaire covering your goals, any history with non-ordinary states, current medications, and relevant medical and mental health history.
Safety screening. I review anything that could make an experience riskier, such as certain medications or a personal or family history of psychosis or bipolar disorder, and I recommend physician consultation when appropriate. If I believe proceeding wouldn’t be safe, I’ll say so directly and help you find appropriate clinical care.
