Overview of Experience:In the preparation sessions, we explore your history, reasons for engaging with plant medicine, concerns, and intentions. We develop trust and a therapeutic professional relationship. We explore trauma-sensitive therapeutic movement, mindfulness, and breathing practices for developing capacities to stay curious and grounded. During the ceremony, my partner (73 years old) and I (59 years old) hold a sacred space for you to dive deep, staying present and supporting you unconditionally. Our balanced masculine/feminine energy creates a secure container. Integration sessions assist you in recalling, exploring, and discerning your unique messages. We specialize in somatic integration, including the body in trauma release and emotional resiliency practices.
Intake Process:Our intake process involves an online free discovery session of approximately 30 minutes to discern whether we are a good match for each other. We do not accept clients who have severe substance misuse, need treatment for addiction recovery or show symptoms of psychosis. We require an intake form with personal information, medical and mental health history, current issues, goals, and intentions. We also require an agreement to be signed.

Margaret is such a wonderful, caring person! I did preparation, ceremony, and integration with plant medicine with Margaret and her partner Eddie. Feeling safe and supported was absolutely invaluable to a process that can feel overwhelming. Utilizing their experience and kindness, I had the tools and preparation needed for the experience. Highly recommended!
