Our mission is to facilitate the space so that each person can connect and develop from their own heart their relationship with the creative SPIRIT and return to their nature, to their home, to a sacred relationship with life.
We aim to foster and live within a deep, healing relationship with divine creation. In the mirror of these times, what we are experiencing as a society reflects the tremendous imbalance that we have generated with nature. This healing process is not just a personal experience, it is in BEING TOGETHER where the power of the miracle that our united hearts is manifest. For that reason, the medicine of Casa del Sol is the family, the tribe, and the spiritual communion.

We are devoted to creating an immersive healing process with ancestral plant medicines, rituals and workshops. The Casa del Sol environment was intentionally nurtured for spiritual exploration, self-growth, and reflection. Our retreats are for those on a journey of personal growth, clarity in their life purpose, emotional and physical healing. Through the indigenous teachings, we help our family to develop a stronger spiritual connection to the world around them.
Ayahuasca & San Pedro Retreats
Our 11-Day Ayahuasca & San Pedro monthly Retreat includes:
- Lodging for 11 days and 10 nights in pristine natural environment close to the river.
- All meals, 3 per day except when there is ceremony. All vegetarian, organic, mostly vegan.
- 2 Ayahuasca Ceremonies
- 1 San Pedro Traditional Ceremony
- 1 San Pedro with Sweat Lodge
- 1 San Pedro Mountain Hike
- Rape medicine with each ceremony (optional)
- 2 Sweat Lodge (one of the with San Pedro medicine)
- 1 Laundry service
- Workshops, Sharing Circles & Integration Activities (including transportation)
- Rest Days
Special Retreats
Each year, we bring in shamans from many parts of South America to help host retreats with shamanic medicines such as Yopo and Peyote. These retreats are not upon request, but will be shared with our previous family members that have joined a Casa del Sol retreat in the past. We also curate a sacred space to dive deeper into a vision (Vision Quest) and to honor the divine Masculine and Femenine (All Women or Men Retreat), as well as the Ancient Andean Traditions in Perú.

Our retreats are for those on a journey of personal growth, clarity in their life purpose, emotional and physical healing. Through the indigenous teachings, we help our family to develop a stronger spiritual connection within and with the world around them.
We care for our retreat participants to arrive to Casa del Sol in the best condition possible and make the best out of their experience, that is why we have crafted an Online Preparation Course with the necessary introductions and resources for a proper preparation to a plant medicine healing journey.
Our 11-day retreats take place in Casa del Sol, a family, loving and welcoming container immersed in a pristine natural environment close to the river. Ximena and Santiago have more that 30 years experience serving medicine.
Ayahuasca and San Pedro Ceremonies are complemented with Sweat Lodges, Rapé and Kambó, as well as workshops and sharing circlesIntegration is key in making the retreat experience meaningful in everyday life. We provide our retreat participants with workshops and resources, as well as Integration Activities during the retreat, to prepare them to blend their lessons in their healing journey to their life.
Intake Process:We are very careful to ensure that our retreat participants can take part in our plant medicine
Guests wishing to attend a Casa del Sol Retreat will fill out a detailed application form to express their intention and purpose for attending, as well as disclosing medical information, family history and physical condition so we have a better understanding if they are safe and in good condition to come.
We ask applicants to stop taking medications or medical-neurological, psychiatric or other treatments at least TWO MONTHS before the retreat (consult with your health physician), as well as abstain from psychotropic, narcotic and recreational drugs.
Once the application is approved, we provide with the necessary resources for a proper preparation through our Online Preparation Course. This is in order for our retreat participants to arrive to Casa del Sol in the best condition possible to make the best out of their experience.
Psychedelic Substances Offered: DMT (Ayahuasca), Mescaline (San Pedro), Psilocybin (Mushrooms)How does this Center source medicine?:San Pedro is sourced locally in the native San Pedro forest by the Casa del Sol Shamans, as well as the Mushrooms. Ayahuasca medicine is sourced from the Shuar people in the Amazon jungle.
