About Me:The call to wholeheartedly pursue a vocation in the Healing and Spiritual Arts awakened in my very early 30s. I have been formally devoted to deep study and professional practice for thirteen years under many teachers and mentors.
I am an intuitive weaver of healing artistry, integrating the practical with the shamanic, the everyday with the spiritual. I have a love for nature, the occult and esotericism, and metaphysical realities.
My professional credentials include Master of Arts in Body Psychotherapy from Naropa University, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Somatic Movement Therapist. Additionally, I have thousands of hours of continuing education and direct client experience blending a variety of mind-body-spiritual modalities and entheogenic supported transformation.
Over the years, I have offered healing experiences to individual and groups in wellness and ceremonial settings to hundreds of people in the US and abroad.
I’m also the creator of The Luminous Guide, an online learning and inspiration platform delivered in the spirit of community fellowship and an assembly of care. There, I share “The Art of Self-Guided Journeys” for intrepid travelers on the path of awakening, who are inspired by personal sovereignty, deep learning, and communal care.
Description of Services:The Art of Self-Guided Journeys — an online learning immersion to deepen into psyche and spirit, with the assistance of mushrooms, from the comfort of your own home.
Intuitive Guidance & Spiritual Mentorship — this is a 9-month 1:1 container to move you through a life process and transition. This individualized container is focused on the journey of life, rather than a single ceremony or peak experience, though it can be interwoven with a private shamanic immersion to receive unmatched support.
Mentorship for Healing Artists & Therapists — for therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, facilitators or guides who are looking to weave your magic with greater skill and intuition. This is a 1:1 mentorship that is specifically aimed to help you develop your ability to an integrative practitioner, that respects your modalities and takes you beyond their individual limitations. 3-month commitment, which can be expanded upon.
Private Shamanic Immersive Retreats — this is a 3-day immersion held at your location of choice. It includes meaningful practices that are intended to take you beyond your limitations and expand what is possible. Includes a ceremonial experience. To qualify, you must have an established relationship through one of the other services offered.

Intake Process:All clients will schedule a 1-hour Vision Session (online Zoom) to determine the nature of our ongoing work together. We will be assessing where you are in your development, your background, your goals/challenges, and formulate a recommendation according to the services I offer if it is a personal fit.
Overview of Protocol:My protocols go beyond the notion of separation. The cycle of experience is one of continued deepening into the spiral of life. Having been in the Healing Arts for 13 years, I have come to know there are no shortcuts. Those who receive the most from expanded states do so from a solid foundation. I teach skills and provide experiences that are centered in personal transformation and honoring of the spiritual path.
