    About Me:

    I live in Switzerland and work in Europe , the US (based in the Boston area), Asia and South America.

    Working as an executive coach for over 25 years, I have a global consulting practice.  As part of my personal journey, I explored expanded states of consciousness.  Plant medicines became a crucial part of that journey.  I saw how this work could benefit leaders, founders, and people who are up to something more own their lives.

    My practice is becoming more focused on personal and leadership transformation in the midst of the complexity and confusion of this liminal time we are in.   As part of this, I support explorers in their preparation, integration and subsequent unfolding.

    I am a serious student and practitioner of a cutting edge form of coaching that goes beyond self development and offers an unfolding into someone's fullest potential.

     

     

    Description of Services:

    There are different ways we can work together. All are customized to fit you and your goals.

    In general, they usually fall into the following:

    1. Support for a particular journey, including preparation, goal setting, guidance, post journey integration sessions with optional developmental coaching.

    2. Retreats in small groups with individual coaching

    3. Microdosing as a standalone program or as part of the above

    Credentials & Certifications: Master Certified Coach,, Master Integral Coach , Certified in psychedelic coaching, Certified in numerous psychometrics and personality instruments.
    Price Range: Sliding scale depending on the custom designed package

  • My Process

    Intake Process:

    1. Free introductory call to explore ways of working together and check for fit.
    2. Completion of application forms, including medical and psychological history.
    3. Intake call to check for contraindications.
    4. Formal call to establish goals and provide information to help customize an approach for you.
    5. Proposed coaching approach, including how we will work together, frequency, commitments, and design.

    Overview of Protocol:

    After an initial exploratory call to ensure that we are a good fit, there will be a more formal intake process as described below.

    We will establish objectives for the coaching and the journey.

    All packages will include pre-journey preparation calls, journey preparation, and post-journey integration calls. Additional coaching following integration is also available.

    If your journey takes place at a retreat center and I am not physically present, rest assured that I will assist with logistical preparation and coordinate with you and the hosts as necessary.

      Dave is a fantastic coach and journey companion. He helped me reflect about my current situation, refine my objectives for my journeys, and was a wonderful anchor during the journeys. He knows and senses where we are, and what we need when journeying, which is very reassuring and helpful. I felt deeply held, secure and met. The post-journey integrations were even more helpful than expected. There is power in being guided in reflecting deeply and making sense of what happened. Dave is also a seasoned professional with an impressive executive coaching experience and it shows !
