Intake Process:Contact us to schedule at [email protected] We will provide you with the practices information and set you up with a 15-30 minute free consult that is required, via telehealth with Jessica. Scheduling is typical at least a week if not two weeks out from the date of your inquiry as her office is very busy. All sessions are telehealth via a HIPPA compliant service and EMR records, notes and personal data are all stored on HIPPA compliant services with compliant and extra secure email, text messaging and telehealth sessions entry. All sessions require the first session, if it is decided to purse working together after the free consult, to be an intake where we gather personal history, medication and health information, and potentially perform different assessments to get a baseline for care. After this intake/assessment we will determine what services might fit for you and if we can move forward. We will schedule and set up your portal account with required consents to treat or coaching contracts and create your care plan (treatment plan for psychotherapy). From there you’ll schedule further sessions. Scheduling session is not a contract for any length of treatment and there is no implied contract to treat. Client and the provider may terminate treatment for any reason at any time. Psychotherapy clients will be given referral and 30 days of access for emergency care when discontinued if established with Dr. Waters (seen 4 or more sessions). Referral will be provided if after assessment/intake, Dr. Waters’ deems your care would be out of scope for her credentials. Dr. Waters abides by all mandated reporting laws of every state. She also reserves the right to have welfare checks and to refer to emergency and crisis services should she deem them necessary. She does NOT take insurance of any kind and all clients are private pay.
