Description of Services:Life-changing psychotherapy involves more than the therapist being supportive and asking you how you feel. It is more than just talking about your problem(s) — it involves real, measurable improvements in your quality of life. We will work together to make sure those changes happen.
Since the publication of Michael Pollan’s book, “How to Change Your Mind,” interest in using psychedelics for personal and spiritual growth is at an all-time high. Catherine Auman LMFT has been a specialist in psychedelic integration for many years and is recognized as one by MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies).
Psychedelic integration is the most important part of the healing journey. It is one thing to take psychedelics and have fun at a festival or concert (which there is nothing wrong with) and another to have the insights and experiences shown to you by psychedelic medicine actually change your life. Working with a skilled and experienced provider can make all the difference in the world.

Overview of Experience:The first step is to have a full psychological Assessment to find out if psychedelics are even a good idea for you. This is something a licensed professional can provide that a lay person cannot. During this initial assessment, if it seems you are stable and ready to proceed, Catherine will discuss options with you.
Intake Process:First step is a free 15-minute Zoom call to see if we are a good fit. If we are, great. If not, no problem!
