Overview of Experience:The preparation sessions are a time when you and I meet and get acquainted with each other. This is where we physically, spiritually, and energetically acquaint ourselves so you can begin to feel comfortable in my presence. During these moments, I will provide you with information as well as obtain information that will allow comfort.
The Integration sessions are where we will discuss, explore and refer back to insights that you have obtained and discuss what this means for you for the days to come. This will also be a time to support you through this journey, empowering you to feel centered in your inner healer as well as grounding the ownership of your healing journey and awakened wisdom.Intake Process:The intake process is where I will ascertain important information about your medical, spiritual, and mental history which includes the use of substances, your relationship to substances, and your relationship to your body. This is a time when we both would decide if we are a good fit for each other during your journey of inner healing and wisdom.
