As a Psychotherapist, I have learnt and I have been using different approaches, among them is: Transpersonal psychology, Person Centred, Jung, Gestalt, Existential Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Attachment theory, Complex Trauma, Somatic approach, Character styles, Internal Family System, mentalization, Meditation and Mindfulness approach.
I am a registered member of the Irish Association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and a registered member of the Czech Psychotherapist Association (CZAP).Description of Services:
I provide individual, couple and group therapy. I also provide preparation and integration sessions for Expanded States of Consciousness . I hold an MA in Psychology and a BA(H) in Psychotherapy and I have been practicing Psychotherapy since 2013.
I have been dealing with a wide-range of issues and presenting problems such as: Bereavement & Loss, Anxiety and Depression, Panic attacks and Stress Management, Separation & Relationships, Cultural Issues, Family Issues, Anger Issues, Low Self Esteem, Traumas, Spiritual confusion, Personal development, Sexual Issues.
I have an integrative approach using various humanistic and existential models and theories. The work consists in creating a safe, honest, confidential and supportive environment where the client is being held and not judged. The work with clients is to help, support and resource them in their journey, assessing what is preventing them from having a good and stable life. I provide short term therapy, 6 to 12 sessions and I also provide long term therapy, which is an ongoing process with an open ending. Integration: Since the experiential journey brings an expanded state of consciousness, as if we climb a mountain to have a better view, the integration process aims to ground the experience into the person’s everyday life, by helping to make use of the insights, transform the resistances and move towards a better approach to life.Intake Process:
Preparation: A series of confidential video call sessions that focuses on Set and Setting, preparing the person for the experience, unfolding the intentions and expectations and looking at the best practices to create a safe journey. Any questions and concerns will be addressed during these sessions.
