    My name is Paul. I am a Montreal based therapist who supports clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Sessions focuses on helping people understand the patterns shaping their present experience, develop practical tools for emotional regulation, and move toward a more contented and meaningful life.

    I offer psychedelic integration support for those exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness and seeking to make sense of insights that arise.

    Description of Services:

    I provide integration support to people who have experienced or are considering psychedelics such as psilocybin, ayahuasca, LSD, and MDMA. Sessions are offered in person in Montreal or online.

    Some people find ordinary experiences overwhelming after a psychedelic journey. Others remain confused or anxious long after the experience ends. Integration therapy provides space to discuss your experience, whatever it may be.

    During sessions, we look at what came up for you, whether that’s emotional shifts, new perspectives, or unresolved confusion, and work out what it means in practical terms. The goal is to turn insight into something usable in your day-to-day life.
