About Me:My journey into understanding the depths of human experience began during my undergraduate years in religious studies, where I became fascinated by the complex relationship between faith, psychology, and mystical experiences. Eager to broaden my perspective, I traveled throughout the Middle East, immersing myself in a range of religious traditions and cultural practices—a transformative experience that expanded my view of spirituality and its potential influence on our lives.
After returning, I worked in various mental health and substance abuse settings, including addiction treatment centers, inpatient programs, and crisis intervention services. These roles offered rich insight into the resilience and vulnerability of the human spirit, ultimately guiding me toward completing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to refine my clinical skills and deepen my commitment to a holistic approach.
Outside of my professional life, I draw inspiration from nature—hiking, studying plant life, and discovering new perspectives through reading. My passion for social justice and human rights is woven into every aspect of my practice, ensuring each client finds a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.
Description of Services:My practice incorporates existential, transpersonal, and narrative therapies in conjunction with the preparation and integration of psychedelic experiences. I work with individuals seeking deeper self-exploration, supporting them both before and after journeys into non-ordinary states of consciousness. By examining life’s deeper meanings, spiritual dimensions, and the impact of personal choices, clients can gain transformative insights. Through narrative therapy, we collaboratively re-author life stories, fostering self-discovery and meaningful change. Throughout our work, I strive to maintain a compassionate, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore profound personal growth and lasting transformation.
