    About Me:

    I am a mindfulness-based cognitive therapist who believes that my clients’ strengths and insights are their keys to healing. We will work as a team, where I will offer techniques for you to become more connected to your mind and body through a nonjudgmental and compassionate lens.

    I am both a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), and a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC) which makes me uniquely positioned to meet all of your needs.  I am also the co-founder and managing director of east coast operations for Psychedelic Integrative Connections (PIC), LLC.  I believe that this is soul work and it carries a deep meaning for me.

    For more than decade, I have helped clients process and transform their trauma, anxiety, depression or addiction.  I offer this same approach in my integration work where you will experience being deeply supported in order to access the depth of your own healing.

    Overview of Experience:

    We will work together to define your goals for doing this work. You will safely explore your strengths as well as self-limiting patterns. I will offer my knowledge and skills tailored to your needs. We will tend to your whole system compassionately and explore all insights as valuable. We will make a plan of actionable steps that you can use during and after your journey to assist you in continued wellness.

    Intake Process:

    Upon completion of your intake paperwork (questions about your life history to include mental and physical health), we will meet briefly to review this and decide whether we are a good match to help you meet your goals.
