Julianne's background is rooted in providing community-based mental health services throughout the most underserved areas of Los Angeles County. Throughout her clinical training and practice, Julianne has had the privilege and honor to support and treat diverse populations of all ages who experience mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use disorders, gender dysphoria, neurodevelopmental disorders, personality disorders, as well as issues related to grief and loss, chronic illnesses/pain/sleep disorders, life transitions, relationship & social issues, and sex & intimacy. Description of Services:Julianne hosts a safe virtual space for individuals to support in their personal rebalancing, encourages controlled reflection of their experiences, and facilitates emotional processing. Julianne assists the individual in cultivating their mindfulness skills in order to have more understanding of one's whole self. Julianne empowers her clients with relevant psychoeducation and encourages a dedication to the internal work between sessions.
My clinical approach is eclectic; most often pulling from psychodynamic, humanistic, transpersonal and Internal Family Systems (IFS informed) theoretical orientations.
As perspectives may shift and meaning is attributed to realizations, Julianne will be of complete support to her client. She believes in empowering those she works with and embraces collaboration in goal setting, as individuals experience inner growth and begin cultivating desired changes in their day-to-day life.
