About Me:At Luminous Pathways Mental Wellness, Krystal works with high-functioning women and men navigating life—who, by every outward measure, are thriving—yet realize something is missing or feel disconnected from themselves. Her integrative approach combines a variety of therapeutic frameworks and nervous system regulation, somatic practices, parts work, mindfulness, and (sometimes) psychedelic integration to help clients move beyond insight and into real, embodied change.
After 15 years working alongside people through meaningful transformation, one truth has stayed constant: insight alone isn't enough. People can understand their patterns clearly—and still feel stuck in them.
With a background in high-intensity, real-world settings, this shapes how Krystal works today—grounded, relational, and able to hold depth without overwhelm. The goal isn't just coping. It's helping you reconnect with yourself, rebuild self-trust, and create a life that doesn't just look good—but finally feels aligned and sustainable.
Krystal received a Master of Social Work degree from The University of Southern California in 2011 and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from The University of North Texas in 2004. She has her Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Certificate from Integrative Psychiatry Institute (2024).

Overview of Experience:Depending on the client, preparation lasts at least several sessions and includes history, patterns, goals/intentions, somatic work and logistics. Experiences can be 1 to 8 sessions (depending on medicine/sacrament) with integration sessions in between experience sessions and at least several integration sessions after the final experience session. Integration is critical and where we go in more depth and creating sustainable change. Most sessions are virtual while experiences are in a warm, comfortable environment with the client's preferred level of ceremony, altar, reverence, as well as individual bed, eyeshades, headphones and curated playlist.
