About Me:I can help you to listen deeply to yourself, to learn to treat yourself kindly and with a keen ear for what is most important for being your fullest self. You don't have to be ruled by self-criticism, fear or past hurts. If you are struggling with painful thoughts, memories, sense of self, life choices, or relationships, I can help you find greater clarity and choices that support you to be your most authentic self.My style is warm and cheer-leading of your deepest knowing and fullest expression of yourself. I tend to be transparent and educational in the work we do together so that you have tools to bring into your life for when you are struggling. I intend to put the choices and methods of our work into your hands vs my holding the keys in a way that would promote dependence and disempowerment.I bring a commitment to social justice and awareness of the many ways systemic oppression impacts individual development and sense of safety. I am available to learn and discuss what you need to feel empowered in the co-creation of our work together. I honor the unfolding of your innermost guidance.I prefer to think of my patients and myself as fellow travelers, a term that abolishes distinctions between ‘them’ (the afflicted) and ‘us’ (the healers). … We are all in this together, and there is no therapist and no person immune to the inherent tragedies of existence.

Description of Services:In collaboration with a medical prescriber, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), which can expedite results beyond what's possible in talk therapy alone. KAP brings shifts in perspective and a larger sense of self that can be anchored and implemented towards lasting change.I work with OCD/Anxiety, Trauma, Grief/Loss, End-of-life issues and couples. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, strength-based, directive and challenging when needed. The way I work is mindfulness based, behavioral (ACT, CBT & ERP), experiential & somatic (body-centered) which means we are going to do more than just talk about problems!I am willing to provide support in a Harm-Reduction capacity for Journey work that includes medicines besides Ketamine. I am not a prescriber and therefore will not obtain or provide medicine. I am trained in Harm-reduction and can maximize the benefit you may gain and I am knowledgeable about research supporting the possible outcomes of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.Credentials & Certifications: CIIS Certification in Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapyLicenses: LMFT #52057Details
