    My purpose in life is to be authentic and helpful. I want this for myself and for the clients who choose to begin therapy with me. Over the years, with the support of my own therapist, I have healed the parts of myself that needed compassion.     Description of Services:

    Providing services to professionals for whom everything seems to be working, they feel dissatisfied with their life, their relationships, or who they are in the world. Offering traditional therapy via a nonverbal treatment for anxiety and trauma helps individuals feel greater ease in their body so that they can make better choices day to day.

    Conducting psilocybin wellness retreats in Mexico, offered quarterly. These retreats offer a private experience with a trained guide. Providing harm reduction and ceremonial sitting in various locations over the rest of the year.

  • My Process

    Overview of Experience:

    Ceremonial Plant Medicine Experience includes an initial screening to ensure suitability. This is followed by at least two one-hour sessions for preparing for the experience, making agreements with sitter and medicine, and setting intention. The full day private experience is followed the next day with the first integration session. Two follow up sessions are scheduled at that time. Integration includes identifying insights, applying lessons, and identifying areas of continued growth.

    Intake Process:

    Initial consultation is set up once an interested party completes a screening form which explores medical history including mental health issues. Further assessment is conducted via Zoom. Collaboration with existing therapist is encouraged, when possible, to ensure continuity of care. Individuals with history of psychosis or cardiac issues must provide a letter of clearance from their physician/psychiatrist. Individuals currently taking certain medications can expect to also need a plan to taper their meds as prescribed by their prescriber or other provider.
