    About Me:

    I have over 30 years of experience supporting others on their path to physical, mental & spiritual wellbeing as the owner and operator of a busy integrative psychotherapy practice. My passion for alternative and complementary medicine is rooted in both my professional and personal experience with Yoga, Meditation, Eastern Philosophy, and Natural Medicine. I am a certified yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher, trained in Holotropic Breathwork, and recently certified in the Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I am also a member of the American Psychedelic Practitioners Association and have completed the pre-FDA drug approval steps of the MAPS MDMA-therapy certification.

    Overview of Experience:

    I view the mind and body as a complex, integrated system that cannot truly be separated. Likewise, the complexity of this integrated system requires that each person not only be treated as an individual, but offered a wide array of services to best meet their needs. I consider my approach to be rooted in innovation (solving for the limitations of what currently exists) and unique, based on blended roots in biophysics, plant medicine, eastern philosophy, and western medicine. The goal for my clients is bring them into a state of mind-body balance while simultaneously giving them the tools to maintain that state independently and find an elevated state of presence; one which promotes growth and an enhanced experience in life.

    Intake Process:

    My preference is to meet (physically or virtually) to assess my client's needs, answer questions they may have, and then build a program for them accordingly.
