I provide EMDR therapy via Telehealth for California residents, and accept select insurances. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms. Ongoing research supports positive clinical outcomes showing EMDR therapy as a helpful treatment for disorders such as anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic pain, addictions, and other distressing life experiences (Maxfield, 2019).
I also provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in-person for individuals in Los Angeles, CA at the California Center for Psychedelic Therapy. The integration of ketamine WITH psychotherapy can be incredibly powerful for self-awareness, self-compassion, deep inner work, healing and transformational change.

Our ProcessOverview of Experience:
I believe that each of us possesses an internal source of wisdom that can be cultivated through psychotherapy, meditation, psychedelic medicines and other connecting practices that link the brain, body and spirit. My therapeutic approach has a foundation of mindfulness and compassion, curiosity and respect. I am sensitive to the impact of one's social, physical and cultural environment as well as systems of oppression. My approach is warm, relational, collaborative, strengths-based and trauma-informed. I have taken the North Star Ethics Pledge and commit to put integrity at the heart of the work I do in the psychedelic space.Intake Process:
