    About the Retreat:
    Announcing our upcoming psychedelic therapy retreats for Fall 2024, taking place on Nov 15th - 17th and Nov 29th - Dec 1st on an island close to Vancouver.

    Co-facilitated with my beautiful friends Michael Oliver and Gabrielle Bachand, this (M)edicine journey will be an opportunity to expand deeply into yourself inside a safe and therapeutic and immersive container.
    We will be offering both pre and post journey care to help you prepare, define intentions, and integrate your experience afterwards.

    We will also be enjoying freshly home cooked meals, beautiful ocean views, guided breathwork, Hapé, Cacao ceremonies and so much more!

    Description of Services:

    What’s Included:

    • 3 separate days dedicated to preparation, medicine journey and integration

    • Cozy and comfortable accommodation, freshly cooked meals and sauna

    • Facilitated breathwork, sauna & ocean dips

    • Subsequent group integration session and connection to community resources

    Important Details:

    • The exact location of the retreat will be disclosed after sign-up but it is on an island 30mins from Vancouver.

    • Shared sleeping space is included in the price. We have additional private rooms which you can add to your package. Private King size rooms will cost an additional $200 whereas a queen room will be $100.

    • We will be sending a comprehensive intake and waiver form to those that are selected to participate. We are selecting people on a first come first serve basis but prioritizing those with prior psychedelic experience.

    • We will be requesting a $500 deposit to confirm your spot.

  • Our Process

    Overview of Experience:

    - Free exploratory/consultation call
    - Intake Call (~1-2 weeks before the medicine journey)
    - Preparation Circle (the day before medicine journey)
    - Medicine Journey Day (9:00am – 3:00pm)
    - Integration Circle (the day after the journey)
    - Integration Call (1-2 weeks after the journey)

    We take our screening/intake process seriously, and follow the MAPS therapy training protocol. We also offer supplements to help support the onset and comedown.

    Intake Process:

    A free 15-30min phone/zoom consultation, a comprehensive intake (including medical, psychological, and psychedelic/substance use history, emphasis on confidentiality, and consent). We screen for exclusion criteria, and have the utmost respect for our clients' safety.

    Supplemental Modalities: breathwork, sauna, cold plunge, chef catered healthy meals, journaling, mandala drawing, music, and nature walks.
