    About Me:

    Jackie Dobrinska is a teacher, coach, and spiritual director with the privilege of marrying two decades of mystical traditions with 15 years of expertise in holistic wellness.  She has the privilege and honor of working with many wayshowers of our time, from Ram Dass to Mirabai Starr to Matthew Fox to the Pearl Psychedelic Institute.

    As an interspiritual minister, Jackie was ordained in 2016 by a christian mystic tradition and has studied extensively in several other lineages including, the plant-medicine-based Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, Sri Vidya Tantra, Western European Shamanism, the Wise Woman Tradition, and others. Jackie is a certified teacher in Mindfulness Meditation with Dharma Moon and Tibet House,  Yoga (500-e RYT) through the Himalayan Tradition, Ayurveda, Global Mysticism, Breathwork, and Western Herbalism. She has not only coached hundreds of individuals but taught at esteemed places such as Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Yoga International, Bhaktifest, and universities, hospitals, festivals, and studios.

    She is passionate about people experiencing their true selves, and recognize the importance of prep and integration work to fully actualize insights from entheogens. She is currently running an online community "women in psychedelics".
    Description of Services:
    1. two to six week preparatory sessions: together we work with tools to help you potentize your experience.
    2. three to six week integration sessions: together we help you weave your new insights into your daily life and make the best use of the 8 week window of neuroplasticity to create new habits.
    3. providing information for various experiences - indications, contraindications, support, best practices
    4. create a space and support for those who need someone to sit with them.

  • My Process

    Intake Process:

    intake form, medical history, psychological history, consent form, and 15-min zoom consultation

    Overview of Protocol:

    We meet for at least two sessions, but ideally four or five to set intentions, identify and work with inner parts, and learn techniques for moving energy.

    We follow up with four to eight weeks of integration where we learn technologies that teether us back to our insights without making them rigid concepts and working with methods that help you ground what you learned in your daily life.
