    About Me:

    I'm Kris Russell, a PCC-certified psychedelic preparation and integration coach with Full Heart Project. I hold my Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation and am a certified Psychedelic Integration and Transformation Coach through Being True to You. I carry professional liability insurance through CM&F Group.

    My own path through burnout, a traumatic brain injury, and plant medicine brought me to this work. What began as survival became a complete reorientation toward Source, healing my marriage, shadow work, somatic healing, and a building a life that's aligned with my core values. I coach from that lived experience.

    I work with adults nationwide via virtual sessions. My approach draws from Integral Coaching, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, parts work, and reflective dialogue. I'm a peer, not guru.  The client is the expert in their own life. My role is to create radical safety and walk alongside them as insights become embodied via sustainable life shifts.

    Description of Services:

    Full Heart Project offers two core services:

    Psychedelic Preparation and Integration Coaching supports adults preparing for or returning from ceremonies involving ayahuasca, psilocybin, San Pedro/huachuma, ketamine, 5-MeO-DMT/Bufo, MDMA, and other psychedelics. Preparation is treated as equally important as post-ceremony integration; the container begins long before the medicine. Work is structured in a six-session arc covering both preparation and integration. Sessions are virtual, nationwide.

    Beyond Integration is longer-term coaching for existing clients who are ready to move from insight to embodied change: shifting patterns, rebuilding identity, and living the life the medicine revealed was possible. This work is offered in 12-session blocks, providing the sustained support that real behavioral change requires.

    All work is harm-reduction oriented, scope-of-practice disciplined, and designed to complement any existing therapeutic support.

  • My Process

    Intake Process:

    New clients begin with a free 20-minute discovery call. I start by learning a bit about what brought them to their sacrament work: the reasons, the intention, and where they are in the process. From there, I walk them through what prep and integration coaching actually looks like: six hour-long sessions over six to eight weeks, with many clients choosing to continue beyond that initial arc.

    I'm transparent from the outset that I'm a coach, not a clinician. I don't diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions, and our work is designed to complement rather than replace any clinical care they have. Everything discussed is confidential.

    Fees are offered on a sliding scale of $750 to $1,500 for the six-session arc, with no judgment about where a client lands within that range...every client receives the same level of service regardless of fee.

    If it's a good fit, clients receive an invoice, a client services agreement, and a detailed intake form.

    Overview of Protocol:

    Whether you're preparing for an upcoming ceremony or returning from one and seeking support to integrate it, work is structured across six sessions covering both preparation and integration. Many clients begin before their ceremony and continue through integration afterward, though clients are also welcome to begin the work post-ceremony if that's where they are when we connect.

    Preparation sessions focus on setting intention, nervous system readiness, harm reduction, and building the inner resources needed to meet whatever arises. Integration sessions focus on making meaning, embodying insight, and translating what the experience revealed into concrete, lasting change in daily life.

    Tools drawn on throughout include somatic experiencing, mindfulness, breathwork, parts work, reflective dialogue, and gentle accountability. All work is client-led...I'm a peer, not a guru.
