About Me:When rehashing the problem doesn’t work, I offer a direct, embodied, compassionate method that does, so you can fulfill your deepest longings, needs and desires. Understanding isn't enough to create change: our mental, emotional, and physical habits shape our experience, and we can repattern them directly to experience the shift immediately. Through my method, you feel and learn the somatic, emotional, and relational tools to create unshakable inner safety, trust, and worth, and to move with vitality, alignment, and purpose. I'm passionate about supporting wellness. With a PhD in Clinical Psychology, 19 years of training and practice, and 7,000 hours in sessions, I've worked with many powerful approaches. I completed additional training in somatics, meditation, immersive body-first practices, and ancient mystical teachings. I value mind-body-soul integration. Everything I guide you through, I practice in my own life.

- Deep 60-minute session: $200; Somatic 80-minute session: $250. Federal and Quebec sales tax will be added to this fee. Check with your insurance to find out if they have "flex-coverage" for coaching, consultation, education, or wellness. I can offer a French-English mix for Francophone clients.
