    A Certified Psychedelic & Transformational Coach, I'm also sober from alcohol and love working with people in recovery or on a path of sobriety.

    Microdose coaching is not just about the substance; it focuses on integrating the microdose protocol with self-reflection, habit formation, and personal development tools to catalyze change. It serves as a powerful practice for deepening self-awareness and reconnecting with oneself.

    Support Included

    • Preparation- baseline assessment, goals & intention setting, tools to support reflection & change.
    • Guidance and education on different medicines, dosages & protocols to ensure safety and efficacy.
    • Bi-weekly calls to integrate insights and changes that arise during the microdosing protocol.
