    Description of Services:

    Ketamine preparation, support, and integration in collaboration with a medical provider for in-office IV ketamine, IM ketamine, or at-home ketamine by lozenge. Psychedelic mental health specialists available in person, on location, and via telehealth in CA, CO, MI, NC, NY, UT, VT by medical referral.

    Practitioners:

    Michael DeMarco started practicing in 2002, training initially as a marriage and family therapist, clinical sexologist, then specializing in psychedelic-assisted therapy through training at MAPS preparing for MDMA-AT, and CIIS in the Certificate for Psychedelic Therapies and Research. DeMarco has developed a 9 week model of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy based on cognitive-behavioral therapy in collaboration with Enthea and Dr. Bronner's psychedelic insurance / employee benefits program, and offers a clinician ketamine practicum based on this model.

    Overview of Experience:

    Together we'll tailor a program for you to approach your medicine work as your own hero's journey in hopes of working with the least amount of medicine for the most benefit. All clinical members are independently licensed practitioners who have had supervised experience with ketamine and basic training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic medicines.

    Intake Process:

    Once you have been medically cleared for prescription ketamine in some route of administration, we'll have at least one preparation session before your first experience. You'll get through some questionnaires on mental health, background, informed consent, etc, all sent electronically from your care provider.
