    Ketamine preparation, support, and integration in collaboration with a medical provider for in-office IV ketamine, IM ketamine, or at-home ketamine by lozenge. Psychedelic mental health specialists available in person, on location, and via telehealth in CA, CO, MI, NC, NY, UT, VT by medical referral.

     

    Practitioners:

    Michael DeMarco started practicing in 2002, training initially as a marriage and family therapist, clinical sexologist, then specializing in psychedelic-assisted therapy through training at MAPS preparing for MDMA-AT, and CIIS in the Certificate for Psychedelic Therapies and Research. DeMarco has developed a model of preparation, support and integration, and offers consultations to practitioners wishing to add ketamine to their practice. In 2025, DeMarco contributed to “Psychedelics in Palliative Care” (Glass) released by Oxford University press in the chapter on ketamine.

    Intake Process:

    Once you have been medically cleared for prescription ketamine in some route of administration, we'll have at least one preparation session before your first experience.
