About Me:I believe that everyone wants relief from suffering but doesn't always know the path to get there. Our work is a partnership, not one-directional. I tend to have a direct style that often uses humor and realness to normalize the pain of being human.
I have been an Oregon Psilocybin Facilitator since 2023 to encourage insight, look at traumas, and find a route toward healing. I am a graduate of the Integrative Psychiatry Institute in Boulder, CO, and my work in the growth field started 25 years ago. My background began with coaching (rowing, skiing, swimming) and as an experiential educator with Outward Bound. After a Master's degree from Oregon State University in Counseling, I began a love affair with therapy. While psilocybin facilitation is not therapy, and the services I provide as a facilitator are not connected to my work as a therapist, my experiences provide a strong foundation and an ability to recognize how our development into adults can be impacted.
Description of Services:I am a Level 2 EMDR therapist and a Level 2 PACT couples therapist. My clients are often challenged with trauma, anxiety, autism, attachment, and relational issues. I occasionally work with athletes recovering from injuries, plateaus, traumas, and motivation. I am a psilocybin facilitator licensed by the state of Oregon and provide legal journeys in facilities in Oregon in addition to prep and integration work. I am also a ketamine-assisted therapist.

I will ensure that psilocybin is the right medicine for you. While psilocybin is an incredibly safe and non-addictive psychedelic, there are some situations where it would be excluded. Together we will discern the best path forward. All journeys include a minimum of two prepatory sessions to encourage curiosity and openness and to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. The actual facilitation day with psilocybin will take place at a licensed psilocybin facility. Integration is paramount to the medicine day as it is an opportunity to reflect on your experience and explore moving forward with the knowledge you have uncovered.Â
