    About Me:

    I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that specializes in helping people prepare for and integrate healing experiences with psychedelic plant medicine. I’ve been a trauma-focused psychotherapist for 18 years and have specialized in plant medicine healing for 8 years. In that time, I have supported hundreds of people through their transformative journeys with psychedelic plant medicines such as Ayahuasca, Psilocybin Mushrooms and San Pedro.  I understand and have experienced the profound transformational impact these plant medicines can have when they are properly prepared for, facilitated, and integrated.

    My work draws heavily from my experience living in the Peruvian Amazon where I worked as a ceremony facilitator, apprentice shaman, and retreat leader at an ayahuasca retreat center. Currently I am a therapist and facilitator at UCSF’s Translational Psychedelic Research Program, where I facilitate psychedelic sessions as part of FDA-approved clinical trials.

    I provide preparation and integration counseling for those wanting to work intentionally with psychedelic plant medicines. Sessions are all held remotely via Zoom.

    Overview of Experience:

    I offer counseling sessions to help prepare you mentally, physically and emotionally for healing or transformational work with Ayahuasca, San Pedro, Psilocybin mushrooms or other entheogens.

    I offer psychedelic integration counseling for people who have had a psychedelic or plant-medicine experience they want to work through or understand better. I also help people who have had challenging psychedelic experiences and need assistance getting back to level ground.
