About Me:Hello! I am a Somatic Therapist located in Boulder, Colorado. I love supporting individuals to connect with the inherent healing capacities inside to work through trauma and unlock more of who you are in truth. I'm trained in Somatic Psychotherapy, EMDR Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and also weave in wisdom from energy healing traditions; the earth herself, including plants, the elements, and the cycles of life; shamanic rituals, and more.
Description of Services:I offer somatic psychotherapy generally, and offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy. Typically I hold ketamine assisted sessions with a low dose, paired with psychotherapy, where clients are supported in meeting inner material and allowing the natural healing capacities of their bodies to metabolize what comes up as we go.

Overview of Experience:Once you've decided you would like to work together, we will meet for a preparation session to get to know each other, explore your intentions and any relevant history, and get familiar with somatic processing. When you are ready for a dosing session, these sessions typically last 2-3 hours. You would typically be laying down with the option to wear an eye mask to support going inward. I would be seated next to you and supporting the process.
Intake Process:I offer a free phone consultation to explore if working together feels like a good fit. From there we meet and set intentions. We will discuss any relevant history or I will send an intake form. For working with Ketamine, I have a couple prescribers I can offer as referrals. You would meet with them to go through an assessment and obtain a prescription which you would bring to dosing sessions and self administer.
