About Me:Welcome, and thanks for your interest in who I am and the deeply unique work that we may embark on together. If your goal is to better navigate issues, examine relationship patterns, explore your identity, and learn ways of thinking to promote lasting change, then you've come to the right place. My ultimate goal is to assist you in your journey towards a more satisfied self, no matter what your reason for coming to therapy. I am extremely passionate about supporting clients through their interest and experiences with plant medicine, healing trauma, spiritual growth and discovery, and everything in between!
My philosophy of therapy is a unique blend of humanistic focus, cognitive skill-building, and a relational perspective that helps us examine the bigger picture of your life. What does this mean? That personal choice is at the root of change, and I want to help you explore the potential to take the reigns. That I wish to help you make lasting change, which will extend beyond the therapy hour and broaden your ability to deal with life's curveballs, both present and future. And that we are all a part of something greater, and I want to help you find your best fit in this world, in your relationships, and most importantly, to find a sense of trust, comfort, and appreciation in your most authentic self.Â
My philosophy of life is founded on a deep appreciation for my relationships with others, with nature, and with the power of introspection. I feel most alive when I'm connecting with people, alone in the woods, or wandering somewhere in between in this crazy city! My office is here to share with you, and will hopefully serve as a sanctuary space to help you slow down, reflect, and grow. We all deserve more time and space to simply "be," and I'd love to help you find the hour to breathe in life more deeply.
If you are hoping to explore your sense of self with a therapist who will work with you and do more than just sit back and nod, then I would love to hear from you soon!

Overview of Experience:I help clients consider their intentions for utilizing plant medicine or working on themselves in general - this is a curious, open-minded process without judgment. I also help to prepare a client for a variety of outcomes without promising any one path. All possibilities should be considered and I am a supportive guide in the "what-ifs." I provide psychoeducation on the importance of set and setting, referrals to plant-medicine friendly providers/prescribers who can assist with medical assessments, and discuss the roadmap ahead.
Intake Process:I have a required phone consultation to assess fit and learn more about what you're hoping to get out of your therapeutic work. We then meet for an intake to review your mental health history, life at present, childhood experiences, and all other relevant info. Intake paperwork is required to be submitted prior to the appointment. I then work with clients in an ongoing weekly manner, which can be short or long term depending on the nature of our work together and your therapeutic goals.
