    Hi, I'm Jessica! I’ve been in your shoes and know the courage and strength it takes to make that initial therapy appointment. I am so glad you’re here and feel incredibly lucky to bear witness to your stories. I specialize in supporting motivated adults and adolescents navigating quarter-life crises, relationships and dating, anxiety, self-esteem, career transitions, loss, chronic illness and everything in-between.

    We'll start where you’re at and develop the coping skills to make whatever it is you’re carrying feel more manageable. We will work together to deeply explore your feelings and experiences in order to highlight your strengths, identify patterns, and create meaningful and lasting change.

    Description of Services:

    Along with weekly psychotherapy, I am also able to offer psychedelic integration to individuals processing their psychedelic experiences. Whether you experienced a journey characterized by challenging emotions or one that offered deep meaning and connection, understanding how to integrate your new awareness into your everyday life is so important. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to continue processing your experience.

    Overview of Experience:

    I'm committed to empowering my clients to become their own best healers through co-creating a safe space for them to settle, reflect, and learn. I believe deeply that my clients are the experts on their own lives and I know how powerful it can be to have a trusted guide along side you on your healing journey.

    Intake Process:

    Sessions will be conducted virtually via a secure telehealth platform. Sessions are 45 minutes, but I always allot for an hour incase we're needing some additional time. A 15-min consultation call will take place prior to confirming our appointment to ensure we both feel comfortable moving forward.
