About Me:I'm a psychedelic guide, psychotherapist, and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in Corvallis, OR, with a bachelor’s in comparative literature from Harvard, Master of Social Work (MSW) from Smith College, and a certificate in psychedelic facilitation from InnerTrek. I have worked as a mindfulness-based psychotherapist in many clinical settings including Oregon State University, Asian Counseling and Referral Service, and the PTSD Outpatient Clinic in the Puget Sound VA. I identify as queer & nonbinary (she/her).
I'm the founder of Unjourneying, a private therapy practice optimizing psychedelic healing and insight with a blend of somatic, nondual, and neuroscience-informed methods. Unjourneying draws inspiration from Neem Karoli Baba’s reported non-response to LSD. When I observed this Baba Effect in myself and long-term clients, I embraced the radically vivid here and now as her lodestar, rather than some mystical elsewhere.
Having battled neurological Lyme disease for over three decades and counting, I'm uniquely sensitive to clients with physical and emotional challenges seeking a gentle, trauma-informed approach. I'm the inventor of The Hourglass, a lung-friendly 5-MeO-DMT vaporization system featuring zero liquid carriers and two-stage cooling. I also offer multiple extended-release routes of 5-MeO-DMT, including subcutaneous injections as well as rectal and vaginal preparations for sexual trauma and pelvic floor dysfunction.
My own path to healing began in earnest when depression, anxiety, and a gnawing sense of existential emptiness inspired me to take a leave of absence from college and begin practicing meditation. Over the next fourteen years, I continued to meditate and sit retreats in Zen, Burmese, and Tibetan Buddhist traditions, including a kyol che retreat at Musangsa Temple in South Korea with Kwan Um Zen Master Dae Bong.
While my meditation practice offered relief from my distress as well as meaningful insights, it wasn’t until I paired meditation with the awakening potential of psychedelics that I finally realized: I am not a person in a body in the universe; instead, subjectively speaking, “universe,” “body,” and “person” are constructions within the boundless continuum of nondual awareness.
If you’re curious to open up to your own true nature as awareness, I would love to point you to what is here right now, even as you read this sentence. And whatever else your goals and needs may be, my passion and purpose are to help support you contemplatively, emotionally, and psychologically through your own path of wholeness and liberation.
Description of Services:My practice is focused on the facilitation and integration of 5-MeO-DMT retreat experiences for emotional healing and spiritual insight. Due to the importance of integration, these retreats are offered not as a standalone service, but in conjunction with a minimum of 4-6 sessions of integration psychotherapy or coaching. I only work with individuals aged 25 and up. I offer 5-MeO-DMT in a variety of routes of administration including vaporized, subcutaneous, rectal, and vaginal. If appropriate for your goals, I also can provide psilocybin, N,N-DMT (including analog ayahuasca), and salvia divinorum.Credentials & Certifications: Licensed Clinical Social WorkerLicenses: LCSW #L8109Details
