Together, we make sense of what has emerged, identify what feels meaningful, and explore how those insights can be integrated into your daily life. My approach is individualized and may incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed concepts, and other evidence-based therapies depending on your goals and needs.

Intake Process:I have a 10-15 minute call with potential clients to go over information on how I practice. This allows me to hear from you what you're hoping to gain out of your therapy. If we determine it's a good fit, we move forward with scheduling an initial session.
