    About Me:

    I'm Jessica Eden, licensed therapist, addictions counselor, and psychedelic guide. I've been in the mental health field since 2006 and transitioned into private practice in 2021 to offer more holistic and integrative support to clients. It was my own healing journey with psychedelics that led me to become trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and then psychedelic-assisted therapy, primarily psilocybin, to offer these powerful medicines to clients upon availability.

    My philosophy centers on providing you a safe and supportive space to regain yourself under the weight of grief, existential distress, and emotional burdens. Here, you can explore your inner workings and foster a deep, compassionate relationship with your parts, others, and your spirituality.

    Description of Services:

    My services focus on helping you reconnect with yourself, your intuition, and all of who are. While talk therapy and goal setting are part of the process, we integrate this with the powerful therapeutic combination of mindfulness meditation, acupuncture, and energy/sound healing with ketamine, psilocybin and/or other natural medicine ceremonies.

    I specialize in offering a holistic and spiritually-inclusive approach to integrating psychedelics and plant medicines into your wellness journey. Services are held primarily virtually, with the exception of medicine sessions, which are in person either at your home or in an alternate pre-arranged location.

  • My Process

    Overview of Experience:

    My process is a personalized experience that starts with a virtual intake and several preparation sessions prior to engaging in a medicine session. The number of prep sessions you need will be specific to you and can range from a few to multiple. On your journey day we'll get together in the morning to start your ceremony, commencing around mid-afternoon. During integration we'll meet virtually within the first week after your ceremony to help you process your experience, deepen insights and begin the embodiment and integration process.

    Intake Process:

    Clients will start with a free virtual consultation scheduled either via my website. This will begin the process of evaluating your fit for psychedelic assisted therapy or a retreat. You'll then complete an intake form, medical and mental health assessment, and consent forms prior to attending your intake appointment.
