    About Me:

    My own journey from illness to health motivated me to become an licensed professional counselor candidate, integrative coach, nutritionist, herbalist, massage therapist, certified yoga teacher, astrologer, and end-of-life-doula- so that I could share my experience with others and help them along their path to health and wellness.

    Through my studies I have learned how to take better care of myself and my mental, emotional, and physical health, which has resulted in me losing 100 pounds and becoming a lighter and brighter being. I have moved from survival into thrival myself and feel inspired to help others find their way!

    Do you feel like your weight is a symptom of stuck emotions and old-coping patterns? Do you feel trapped in negative emotions and patterns within your life, relationships, and self? Are you searching for clarity, purpose, and alignment in your life?
    Sometimes we need support to keep taking steps forward and sometimes we need support to understanding why we feel stuck or are taking steps backward. I see my role as a counselor help my clients address what is holding them back in their lives, gain clarity about where they would like to grow, and become empowered in their own healing journey. I specialize in helping my clients to reclaim their emotional stability and vitality.

    Overview of Experience:

    Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration Therapy is the therapeutic support of medicinal, sacred, or personal use of psychedelic, entheogen, and plant medicines. This may take the form of supporting an individual in the preparation and harm reduction of their use of psychedelic, entheogenic, and plant medicines. As well as the post-journey integration of their experience or therapeutic support around prior experiences.

    Intake Process:

    I provide a free 15-minute introductory phone call to explore if we are a good fit for working together.
