Therapist InfoAbout Me:
Gretchen has worked in community mental health for more than 20 years, and is now operating a growing psychotherapy and psychedelic assisted therapy practice in Milwaukee Wisconsin.
Gretchen's work is informed by Ecopsychology, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-informed yoga, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Gretchen is a participant in the second cohort of the Psychedelic Assisted Therapy program at Naropa College in Boulder Colorado, where she studied as a MAPS MDMA-assisted psychotherapist, became trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, developed an understanding of psilocybin in the therapeutic environment, and dug deep into the cultural implications, practices, and research of all psychedelics.Description of Services:
Gretchen offers in person and virtual psychotherapy, in person ketamine assisted therapy and psychedelic integration for adults with an array of diagnosis. Though many psychedelics are currently not legal, Gretchen understands that these medicines are being used by people for their mental health symptoms and for spiritual growth regardless of legality. Therefore, Gretchen welcomes those using psychedelic substances to explore the integration of their experience in a therapeutic environment to reduce harm and to optimize the positive impact.Credentials & Certifications: LCSW, Naropa Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Certification, Sivananda Yoga Teacher Certificate, Ecotherapy Certificate,Licenses: 10145-123
