Overview of Experience:During preparation, I will inquire about your expectations, motivations, questions, and concerns, and share information to help you get the most out of your experience. I will also support you with intention-setting, and teach you helpful skills to use before and during your experience. Integration sessions support you with processing your experience, making meaning, coping with any apparent ambiguity or difficulty, and understanding how to implement what you learned into your daily life. I also offer suggestions of different therapeutic and reflective practices that support the integration process outside of therapy. The long-term goals of integration are learning how to “Do Different” and “Be Different”. These sessions help you to embody your growth after doing deep inner work.
Intake Process:The intake process begins with a free 15 minute consultation call. I will ask some standard questions, answer any questions you may have and determine if we are the appropriate fit to work together. Upon booking your first appointment, intake and consent forms are sent via my HIPAA compliant client portal. The first session consists of a semi-structured assessment so we can get to know each other and to support the co-creation of goals for our work together.
