Therapist Info
About Me:I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) in British Columbia, Canada, with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy (ExA and a BA in Creative Writing). Â I have been supporting people to integrate psychedelic experiences for almost a decade, and am trained in KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy), Hakomi, and Somatic Experiencing.
Description of Services:I offer a range of services including online and in-person sessions for individuals, couples, and small groups, as well as residential retreats at my off-grid yurt in the forest. Â My approach is trauma-informed and resource-oriented, and as a practitioner I am rooted in somatic awareness, engaged mindfulness, authentic expression, and non-judgmental, open-hearted presence.
With years of experience supporting folks working with a variety of medicines, including psilocybin, MDMA, ayahuasca, toad medicine, 5me0 DMT, ketamine, and others, both in therapeutic and ritual/ceremonial settings, I feel honoured to support clients through both challenging times and expansive transformations. From preparation to integration, I enjoy meeting people where they're at and finding ways to help people connect with their inner healing intelligence, capacity for change and deeper connection with their creative life force. Â I like to work in collaborative ways that build a sense of relational trust and safety, as well as supporting a sense of curiosity, possibility and self-compassion.
Making sure we are the right fit to consider working together is very important to me, and I am happy to offer a free introductory online meeting or phone call to prospective clients. Â Please contact me to find out more or set up a time to connect. Â I'd love to hear from you, and know more about what's bringing you to this work, as well as answer any questions you might have about me, my practice, and my approach.

Overview of Experience:I like to begin with a video call, usually via zoom, with a prospective client. There is no charge for this, and I am happy to offer around 30 minutes of my time to answer any questions you might have and see if we might be a good fit to consider working together.
From there we can decide how we will meet (online or in person), and how often, as well as determine if there are any important dates you're preparing for (a retreat or upcoming psychedelic session, for example) and orient around that. My way of working with people is very much based on individual needs and preferences, and I'm happy to tailor our work together to your unique circumstances.
Intake Process:As I mentioned above, we begin with a free zoom call, and then decide if is mutually a good fit to move forward from there. A sense of alignment, shared trust, and compatible goals is important, as well as clear and respectful communication.
