    I have been in the field for almost 20yrs, working with a variety of people in multiple different settings.  I like to work collaboratively with my clients to create treatment goals, and try different solutions to see what helps.

    I provide telehealth therapy in Massachusetts, specializing in mood and eating disorders.  I also offer Ketamine-assisted Psychotherapy in conjunction with Journey Clinical.  I work with adolescents and adults.

  • My Process

    Overview of Experience:

    Clients have an initial preparation session to prepare for your dosing session, discuss the process, and set intentions for the session.

    We will schedule your “dosing” and “integration” sessions after this appointment.

    Our KAP treatment begins. I will walk you through the dosing process and support you on your journey while you self-administer the ketamine lozenges. You must have a support person within your residence at the time of the session. I am present virtually the entire way, and we will process briefly at the end of your session.

    A therapy session will follow a day or two after your “dosing” session, this is where we will engage in talk therapy and discuss what may have come up for you during your experience.

    We will schedule ongoing sessions personalized to your needs. Typically, initial KAP dosing and integration sessions are held every 2 weeks, but this varies based on your needs.

    Intake Process:

    Reach out to me by email, my Patient Portal on my website, or phone to let me know you are interested in pursuing KAP. If you are not a current client, I will send intake forms and verify your insurance information.

    If you prefer, you can schedule a 10-minute consultation call with me first.
    Schedule your first initial session with me to review your reasons for treatment, history, and goals for therapy.

    After I have collected your information, I will submit a referral to Journey Clinical, if clinically appropriate.
