About Me:Hey there! I'm Marshall, and my experience includes 7+ years in mindfulness, ketamine therapy, psychedelic integration, nature-based therapy, and mental health treatment. I have previous career in rainforest conservation and deeply understand eco-anxiety and grief.
Clients say my style is warm, down-to-earth, non-judgmental, & direct. Human to human. Humor is always welcome. I primarily use my training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), but draw in elements of ACT, DBT, existential therapy, Buddhism, & indigenous spiritual wisdom. I work in psychedelic-assisted therapy and offer prep and integration sessions.Description of Services:I offer both therapy and coaching -- we can discuss which might be right for you. Currently I only offer virtual sessions for adults.
If you're struggling to find peace, connection, energy, direction, or meaning, I'm here to help. I love the diversity of my clients - young professionals, immigrants, digital nomads, creatives, activists, spiritual seekers, and folks in a life transition. My goal is to help you discover the freedom, clarity, and confidence to know who you are and what you want. This will involve releasing blockages and tuning in to inner guidance. I will meet you where you are at.

Overview of Experience:Our preparation together includes three critical pieces 1. Understanding your why 2. Practicing skills 3. Building trust.
Some questions we will go over are the following:
Understanding your why -- What is your intention? What are you hoping to call in, let go, understand, etc.?
Practicing skills -- What skills are needed to navigate your journey? How comfortable do you feel using them? Fore example, are you ready to sit for a 4-6 hour journey if you have trouble meditating for 10 minutes? Are you able to ask for help? Are you able to ground yourself if needed?
Building trust -- Do you trust your facilitator, environment, the medicine, yourself, me? If not, how can build more trust?Integration is lifelong process, but initially it is critical to stay connected to the experience you just had. first few steps look 1. Reflect on and recconect with your experience 2. Unpack your experience 3. Work with the parts that showed up 4. Embody the insights through action 5. Stay accountable
I heavily lean on Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand and heal parts of you that show up in a journey.
