    In practice for twenty years now, I bring a seasoned and balanced approach to my healing work as a therapist and to my post-psychedelic integration support sessions. My practice weaves in various modalities that help access, transform and integrate the subconscious, as well as altered states experiences, into the conscious and daily life. Foundational healing and therapeutic modalities include Internal Family Systems, Trauma informed somatic therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Mindfulness and CBT.

    Overview of Experience:

    My work focuses on post-psychedelic integration support. We begin by exploring what brings you to integration, including any concerns or goals you may have for our work together. From there, we review your experience in a structured way before moving into deeper integration practices such as somatic therapy, parts work, and art-based approaches. These methods are designed to help you process insights, emotions, and embodied experiences, and to support you in translating your experience into meaningful, grounded changes in daily life.

    Intake Process:

    Clients can contact me by text or email, or via the contact form on my website. From there we can discuss logistics and scheduling an Initial Consultation Appointment, followed by some paperwork.
