About Me:After 15 years as a therapist in the traditional mental health field, I became frustrated with the lack of treatment options that offer compressive and deep healing experiences. This system, being research-based offered an incredible platform for learning about the body, the brain, neurophysiology, scientific studies and research. This was a wonderful foundation to build on but I knew something was missing. After my own healing experiences with psychedelic medicines, I shifted my practice to focus on working with folks who are working with these medicines.
I believe all people can heal and live a joyful, meaningful, connected, pleasureful and purpose-filled life, free from overwhelming worry, isolation and shame. Healing is multi-faceted and there’s no “one size fits all” treatment and yet the most important factor is working with a therapist whose approach aligns with yours.
I work on being a living example of what I teach and shares with my clients. I also appreciate good food, exploring different cultures and traditions, international and local travel, making art, communing with nature, learning new things, nurturing my spiritual practice, yoga and meditation and being around creative people.
Description of Services:I offer a holistic approach to therapy, grounded in science-based treatments and mindfulness. This approach involves exploring, untangling and reworking thinking patterns, developing and nurturing mind-body connection and developing awareness and connection to the nervous system while using techniques like mindfulness, meditation and breathwork, helping clients build resilience and find meaning and a purpose in their life. I strive to create an open space to discuss all identities - such as but not limited to - race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, sexual practices, disability, size, citizenship, religion and age. Services are via online televideo, offering the ease of access to care for all people.

Overview of Experience:I offer preparation and Integration Services. Preparation sessions occur prior to a planned psychedelic experience and are focused on education, information and intention setting. This is 2-3 sessions prior to an experience. Integration occurs after the psychedelic experience and will be focused on understanding or making meaning of the experience. This process can include identifying particular pieces of insight to bring into day to day living. Goals are developed to allow specific life changes related to the information learned from the psychedelic experience. For folks engaged in ketamine, sessions are 1-2 times a week for the duration of treatment and then 2-3 sessions afterward.
Psychedelic Integration Psychotherapy closely resembles traditional “talk therapy” in that sessions are weekly and the topic of one’s use of psychedelics is an active element of the discussion. I have helped clients who have had a wide range of use of psychedelics including: Micro-dosing, Macro-dosing, intentional therapeutic use to festival use of psychedelics and ketamine preparation and integration. I also work with folks whom Ayahuasca ceremony is a regular part of their spiritual practice.
Intake Process:After a 20 minute consultation call, we will consider next steps. Sessions are via televideo and focused on preparation and integration or weekly individual therapy.
