    About Me:

    I'm so thankful you're tapping into your bravery by seeking out support. Regardless if you take the plunge or not, you've already awoken that deep innate desire for growth and transformation. The fact that you've landed on this page is an honor.

    I have been holding therapeutic and healing space for people for almost a decade. I am a queer licensed trauma therapist specializing in trauma/PTSD/CPTSD. I have a history of working with sex trafficking survivors in foster care and offering community mental health care to those battling systemic inequities, sexual abuse, and domestic violence. Today, I have my own practice and continue to work with people navigating similar life experiences.

    A few years ago, I experienced an intense amount of traumatic loss. After realizing that therapy alone wasn't cutting it, I began to explore alternative options that would support my journey. This is where energy and psychedelic healing entered the picture. I am a certified Reiki practitioner and a certified Somatic Psychedelic Facilitator because of the personal transformative experiences and the deep healing they offered. The ability to pass along this healing and wisdom to you is a dream come true.

    Description of Services:

    As a therapist, I utilize all of the wisdom from both clinical and holistic practices. Your sessions are truly tailored to your individual needs. I offer therapy, coaching, reiki, and psychedelic services to enhance your innate ability to heal. I am trained in EMDR, Brain Spotting, Somatic Healing, Reiki, Meditation/Mindfulness, Parts Work, and Psychedelic Facilitation & Integration. Your sessions are lead by your intuition while I facilitate a safe container utilizing my knowledge and experience. Operating from a trauma-informed lens, my intention for your sessions is that you feel more empowered and connected to your Self energy which in turn leads you to your deepest level of healing.
