Retreat Info
About the Retreat:Nua Silta offers small-group psilocybin retreats in the Netherlands for people seeking a carefully held, reflective psychedelic experience.
Retreats are led by trained and experienced facilitators and combine preparation, the psychedelic experience itself, and integration. Groups are intentionally small, allowing for individual attention within a supportive group setting.
The retreat takes place in a comfortable private venue in the Dutch countryside. Alongside the psychedelic session, the programme includes guided preparation, meditation, somatic practices, time for rest and reflection, live music, shared meals and group integration.
We place particular emphasis on creating a setting that feels calm, spacious and well held. Participants are supported to approach the experience with openness rather than expectation, and to engage afterwards with what the experience may mean for their lives.
Preparation begins before the retreat with individual sessions online. The retreat itself includes further preparation on site, a facilitated psilocybin truffle session, and group integration. A follow-up online integration session is included afterwards.

Overview of Experience:Our retreats are designed as a continuous process of preparation, psychedelic experience and integration rather than as a standalone weekend.
Each participant has two individual online preparation sessions before the retreat. These explore intentions, expectations, concerns, personal context, resources and practical preparation. Once on site, we continue the preparation through group work, meditation, somatic practices and orientation to the experience and setting.
The psilocybin truffle session is facilitated throughout by the Nua Silta team, with close attention to individual needs, the group environment, music and the quality of the setting. Participants are supported without imposing a particular interpretation or direction on the experience.
Integration begins during the retreat and continues afterwards. We create space to reflect on what emerged, including experiences that may feel meaningful, difficult, ambiguous or unfinished, and to explore how insights or shifts might translate into everyday life. A follow-up online integration session is included after the retreat.
Intake Process:The process begins with an introductory call to understand what the person is looking for, answer questions, discuss previous psychedelic experience and get a sense of whether the retreat is a good fit.
If they wish to continue, they complete a health screening covering relevant physical and mental health history, medications and other factors that may affect safety or suitability. We review this carefully and follow up where anything needs clarification before confirming participation.
Once a place is confirmed, the preparation process begins with two individual online preparation sessions before the retreat. These allow us to get to know each participant more fully, explore intentions and concerns, and identify any individual needs ahead of the weekend.
Supplemental Modalities: Meditation, somatic practices, breath and body awareness, live music, reflective exercises, time in nature, group sharing and integration practices.Psychedelic Substances Offered: PsilocybinHow does this Center source medicine?:Local Dutch providers
