Overview of Experience:SANCTUM's approach to preparation, experience, and integration is fully tailored to each individual and designed to support meaningful, durable change.
Before the retreat, participants engage in guided preparation that clarifies intentions, addresses practical and clinical considerations, and establishes the foundation for the work ahead.
The immersive retreat experience combines legal, licensed, medically supervised psychedelic care under Colorado’s Natural Medicine Health Act with the COURAGE METHOD™—a coaching framework refined with more than 1,000 leaders—to support transformation across personal, professional, relational, and organizational dimensions. Every element, from the curriculum and group structure to the setting, pacing, and support, is intentionally curated to create the conditions for focus, insight, connection, and psychological safety.
Following the experience, structured integration helps participants translate insights into clear actions, sustained momentum, and meaningful changes in how they lead, relate, and live.
Intake Process:SANCTUM's intake process is designed to ensure every client receives care that is appropriate, safe, and aligned with their needs.
We begin with a comprehensive consultation to understand your goals, personal history, current circumstances, and readiness for the work ahead. This conversation also helps our team identify any clinical or safety considerations that may affect whether SANCTUM is the right setting for you. When a client’s needs fall outside our scope of care, we provide a clear recommendation and help guide them toward more appropriate support or referral options.
Before moving forward, each prospective client completes a thorough medical and safety review. Our clinical team evaluates relevant health history, current medications, and individual risk factors to confirm that participation can proceed safely. Medical clearance is required prior to beginning services.
With your written consent, we can also coordinate with members of your existing care team—such as your therapist, psychiatrist, physician, or other provider—to support informed, integrated care.
