About Me:I am a certified transformational and integration coach, ceremony facilitator, and holder of restful spaces. Born in Richmond, Virginia, my journey included residing in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Montana, Nairobi, New York City, Hawaiʻi, and nomadically throughout the world (with notable, extended times held in Nepal, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Bulgaria, and Italy). In 2019, my partner and I returned to Virginia to pursue our transformative practices and live amidst a loving community…alongside a magical hound pup.I served in individual and group facilitation for over fifteen years, holding spaces of ceremony, mindfulness practices, and community connection. I lived within intentional spiritual communities both domestically and abroad; studied religious identity and narrative within the higher education framework; worked globally as a storyteller and filmmaker; and held professional leadership positions across fields of media, educational research, environmental advocacy, and technology. Throughout, my focus has been on supporting others, both grounding inward and expanding beyond, as they explore greater awareness and daily practices of engagement with self.My current offerings focus on the pillars of safety, trust, and rest.Description of Services:Over recent years, there has been a collective experience of general burnout, increased anxiety/depression/isolation, and feelings of being under-resourced (in energy, time, emotions, finances, and beyond). Yet, individuals and communities inherently hold internal capacities to de-escalate, self-regulate, and create sustainable healing pathways for many of these challenges. And, engaging those capacities often begins with allowing ourselves to find spaces of personal safety (physically and emotionally), shared trust, and true restfulness.My practice (Kind Moon) seeks to provide opportunities to lean into these pillars of safety, trust and rest through authentic and personal connection, alongside creative curiosity. Providing support for internal wellbeing and holding space to look more compassionately at one’s own inner-resources within facilitated times of internal resource coaching, guided meditations, somatic awareness practices, tea sessions, ceremony experiences, and beyond. These offerings aspire toward small steps in transformative growth. Though even when beginning in an individual walk, ultimately this work is a part of collective and communal healing. This offering’s practice supports expansive state experiences (often related to sacred medicine ceremonies or journey; however, may also relate spiritual or wellness retreats). This may also include facilitator and retreat search consultation (if requested in advance), standard package includes following: understanding your "why, creating intentions, navigating medicine choices, resources for your ceremony, tools for grounding, integration practices, continuing your journey onward. This shorter container generally includes 2 preparation and 3 integration sessions--or 5 integration sessions when encountering the offering after the experience as needed.
Personal Coaching (1:1)
Personal Coaching is a transformational practice available for all individuals, with or without association to sacred medicines (entheogenic, psychedelic, or otherwise). Together, we co-create a safe container to explore identity and limiting beliefs through mindfulness, inquiry, somatic exploration and parts work. There is no agenda beyond your own goals and intentions. This is an opportunity to explore deeper connection with self and expansive opening beyond, as we consider core beliefs, patterns, behaviors, and potentials.
Extended Path Preparation and Integration (1:1)
This path is for a more extended exploration of ceremony and life integration, holding together the frameworks of the Personal Coaching and Short Runway Preparation/Integration offerings. You are invited to consider how expansive state experiences can be less singular and more complexly part of our larger journeys of healing and growth in your life. In this, we begin with an extended time of Personal Coaching model (mindfulness, inquiry, somatic exploration and parts work) to then help frame up your desires and approaches for journeying, ceremonies, introducing new practices, and grounding more fully into self. Over time, as you find your preferred modalities, we bring in the tools of the Short Runway Preparation/Integration model (Intentions, Resourcing, Integration Practices) to help you engage them from a deeply grounded sense of purpose and self.
Each of these are co-creative and collaborative endeavors where we design the container that aids you to move through life and your own personal inquiries.

Book initial sessions through Calendly with payment made upon booking.Overview of Protocol:There is no one-size-fits-all approach to entering into an expansive state, moving through the experience, or integrating into life beyond. Each individual establishes their own intentions, shared agreements, resources, and pathways ahead. These are often based on their own identity, the sacred medicine (or spiritual practice) with which they are sitting, and the collective with whom they are sharing the experience (inclusive of supporting community, partner journeyers, facilitators, guides in all forms, and other support team members). My goal is to help use practices of mindfulness, inquiry and compassion to establish what feels most available and authentic to establish your unique process. We do so with a primary focus on safety, trust, and rest. I do work from certain held standards which include agreements around confidentiality, communication, and participation.
Preparation includes understanding your "why”, creating intentions, navigating medicine choices, establishing resources for your ceremony (such as breathwork, visualizations, journaling, parts work, somatic exploration, and beyond), and considerations for holistic wellness and safety overall. This is done through a traditional coaching container where we meet on a regular cadence prior to your experience to help establish what may serve you best. I recommend doing this with an extended runway through the Extended Path Preparation and Integration package; however, for individuals who already have established protocol ahead, I offer a Short Runway Preparation/Integration package to support as well.
Integration includes tools for grounding, integration practices (such as spaciousness and mindfulness; breathing practices and guided breathwork; embodiment, somatic exploration, and slow exercise; creative expression; grounding in nature; mentorship, coaching, and trusting community), and resources for continuing your journey onward. This too is done through a traditional coaching container held at a regular cadence; however, it may be extended to include guide mindfulness practices as well. Similar to above, I recommend doing this with a more holistic lens through the Extended Path Preparation and Integration container; however, I offer a Short Runway Preparation/Integration package to support as well.

Through integration coaching, Rob has been instrumental in my personal growth, offering a deeply supportive mentorship that balances grounding practices with expansive self-discovery. Rob’s awesome. I’m trying now to think of what I want to see when i read reviews about people, but that’s what I came out with to kick off: Rob’s Awesome. Rob’s led me through a long-term coaching relationship over the last few years, where we have a session once a month and evolve my life. I’ve had a long history of coaching and similar practices, so I’d consider myself a seasoned client of such services. Which perhaps makes me a good person to review a coach. And of course, I’d only be doing this if I thought he was worth the pennies you’ll pay for him.
Specifically, Rob is a great combination of ‘very easy to open up to’ and ‘very good at getting to the point and swiftly moving me to new conclusions and action pathways’. In this way, he’s both a very pleasant experience, and a raw, unmediated, honest and useful one. Full marks from me. Do yourself a favour and get some Rob.
Rob has such a gentle and encouraging approach. In his kind presence I feel able to explore scary and unknown territories and the relationship has given birth to invaluable insights and healing.
Rob has held both preparation and integration time for me and has been an incredible facilitator and space holder in both aspects.
