About Me:Science, Soul, and the Art of Transformation
Blending personalized ritual with embodiment coaching, I offer a bespoke approach to psychedelic space-holding and wellness consulting — a space where your autonomy, intentions, and lived experience are honored above all else. My work balances over a decade of integrative psychiatry (for both the City & County of San Francisco and in private practice) with a poetic Sufi background and indigenous roots. The result is a potent meeting of science and art, precision and flow, structure and freedom. As a dance and movement facilitator trained with Open Floor International, I weave mindful movement, meditative inquiry, and somatic awareness into the preparation, journey, and integration process. I co-developed a San Francisco program for parents and teens with trauma, integrating core movement resources with mindfulness-based emotional intelligence. More recently, I trained with PRATI in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and with Beckley Academy’s Foundations of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy.
Equity, inclusivity, and diversity are essential to my practice. I seek to ignite your greatest potential while compassionately tending to the younger parts and the history of trauma you may bring. Trust-building is where we begin — and from there, the journey unfolds toward a more whole, free, and authentic you.
Description of Services:Sacred, Supported Transformation
I guide participants through deeply intentional journeys with sacred medicines, including ketamine. We start with a free 20–30 minute call to explore your intentions and see if we’re a fit. If ketamine is chosen, I’ll help you get medical clearance and a prescription. Our work includes:
-
Preparation: 2–3 sessions to build trust, set intentions, and strengthen your inner resources.
-
Journey: A 3-hour medicine session in a safe, beautiful space with curated music and bespoke facilitation.
-
Integration: 2–3 sessions to anchor insights into lasting life change.
Based in the SF Bay Area, available for virtual prep/integration and in-person journeys. With indigenous heritage, LGBTQ+ friendliness, and deep commitment to equity, I specialize in supporting first- and second-generation immigrants and those with developmental trauma.

Intake Process:I do a phone consultation; send 2 intake forms which include psychiatric, medical, social and trauma history as well as elicit intentions and provide consent/medical disclaimer; I refer them to an internal medicine doctor with a psychedelic experience for medical/psychiatric clearance.
Overview of Protocol:I invite potential participants to a 20-30 minute call to hear their intentions and see if we're a fit. If we are, I set them up for medical clearance and a prescription if it's ketamine. If it's a different psychedelic, that step is not necessary.
Then, we do:
-two to three 1-hr prep sessions, depending on your level of experience with psychedelics. I also send and review intake forms to screen for appropriateness for this kind of healing work. We go over your history, discuss your intentions in greater detail, teach somatic resources, and review boundaries and expectations for the day.
-a 3-hour journey if we're working with ketamine. This is accompanied by curated music and bespoke facilitation.
-two to three 1-hr integration sessions, so this work can be a launch point for a New Life.
If needed, we do further journeys or Sacred Embodiment Coaching sessions.

Farshid is a talented, kind, and gentle healer. He is excellent with boundaries, trauma work, and spirit work. I am an LMFT and received a few sessions from Farshid in a new modality that he is developing. I was able to process a deep intergenerational trauma with safety, touch, and deep-inner movement.
It’s rare to find someone with this kaleidoscope of skills: spiritual orientation, excellent boundaries and medical knowledge, with feet firmly on the ground and an attunement to the movement of the wind.
