    I am a Registered Nurse with dual Board Certification as a Holistic Nurse as well as Health & Wellness Nurse Coach. My work integrates both clinical and holistic knowledge, as well as spiritual care & development. In 17 years of practice, I have worked with over 16,000 patients & clients utilizing a whole person integrative approach. I have spent 4 years specializing in working with those who utilize psilocybin as medicine. I can assist with trauma processing, health related goals, relational issues, and spiritual guidance. I am here to be of service to you in the deepest of ways.

  • My Process

    Intake Process:

    in depth intake includes Medical History, familial background, behavioral health history, trauma, routine, cultural needs, spiritual or religious background, and self care practices. I review the protocol and we discuss what to expect.

    Overview of Protocol:

    My process includes an initial virtual intake lasting approximately 1hour.
    I require a 2 week lead time between intake and Journey. During that time I will provide interim preparation guidance and suggestions uniquely based on your personal intake.
    During the Journey I use guided meditation, and reiki, along with a curated soundscape. Once you enter your journey space, I am energetically linked to you and take my cues from you, in order to meet you where you are at. I do not leave until you are comfortably lucid.
    Post Journey, a 1 hour virtual integration session is included.
